After each round of customer ordering, carefully selected lambs at their prime are delivered by us direct to the local certified processor and in-turn to Applecross Village Meats. Carcasses are hung for 5-7 days to ensure tenderness and flavour, before being cut into your chosen cuts. You will also choose from available dates to collect your lamb from the butcher.
