If you haven’t ordered from us before, here is a summary of the process:

After each round of customer ordering, carefully selected lambs at their prime are delivered by us direct to the local certified processor and in-turn to our local Donnybrook Butchers. Carcasses are hung for 7 days to ensure tenderness and flavour, before being cut into your chosen cuts. You will also choose from two dates to collect your lamb from the butcher.

You are charged per kilo carcase weight for your lamb to ensure you get exactly what you pay for. Target carcase weight for each lamb is 24kg (+/- 3kg) which is confirmed by the local certified processor. Our price is $15/kg carcase weight which works out to $360 for a whole prime lamb at target weight.
